Heart Zones Trainingの説明

This app is from the people who wrote the book on using heart rate monitors, cyciling power meters, runner's cadence, speed, and treadmill participants to improve their performance, get fitter and stronger, and shed some weight. As the first athletes and teachers to develop ""zone training"" some 40 years ago, this innovative app uses three different methodologies to choose from, five different sensors to send the data, and allows you the ability to have live biofeedback of your activity during and after a workout session.

It’s simple. It’s easy to use. And, the Heart Zones Training app is one of the best companions to make your heart rate monitor and other four sensors and their data your best friend. Heart Zones Training™ app is for any workout type - cardio, strength, flexibility, HITT and MITT, endurance - and any activity - walking, running, skating, cycling, hiking, cross training, to helpgive you the ability to achieve your goals.

Here’s the why and the what of the Heart Zones Training individual versus the companies group application, Heart Zones Move:

**Methods: The only app that does heart rate using three methods: ZONING method, the patented Threhold Training, and the old stalward - maximum heart rate method.

** Data: Gives you fifteen key data points live, while you are working out

** Motivates: As you use it watch your progress in the zones on the profile graph move through the zones.

** Save it: Provides you with the results of your workout after finishing

**FIT Points: You can see how many exercise points you earned that helps to measure the quality and quantity of the workout

** Choice: You pick within the app the sensors that you are using

** Paint Bucket: There are three workouts for a low intensity 30 minutes easy, a moderate intensity 45 minute yellow zone, and a hard 60 minute Red zone workout.

** FIT Stars: The app has a built in optimizer, FIT Stars, with the goal to achieve 5 FIT Stars as a minimum for each workout

** Other apps: You can run other apps for mapping, distance, speed in the background so you can enjoy workout to them simultaneously

** Hassle free: You don’t have to log in, or upload, or fight a password - rather, Just Go.

** Connection: You can share your workout my email and other social media methods

** Energy: Find out how many calories you burned during your workout

** Power: For cyclist, select “Just Ride” and you can read data from your power meter live during the ride and afterwards in History.

**Run and Walkers: Measure your run or walk cadence in steps per minute as well as how far and how fast you are walking and running.

The only app that uses the ""Paint Bucket Display"": If you choose one of the workouts called “Easy 30” or “Moderate 45” or ""Vigorous 60” the paint bucket functionality of time in zones is turned on. This screen display shows five different olored paint buckets which fill with paint during your workout with the matching color of the zones. The goal is to fill each of the buckets without it either spilling over or not filling enough (time in zones). If a bucket is not full then there wasn’t enough time spent in that specific zone and likewise, if the bucket is spilling over, there is too much time spent in that zone. As your workout progresses, there is a count-down timer below the image of the buck to show the amount of time left until the buck is full.

Oh, one really huge final feature, this simple powerful app was created by the woman who wrote the first book on training with a heart rate monitor, who created the first PE program for schools and health clubs using a heart rate monitor, and who has now published over 25 book titles including those using a heart rate monitor for weight loss, running, cycling, triathlon, personal coaching and training - she’s the pioneer and the developer of Heart Zones Training™ - Hall of Fame triathlete Sally Edwards.
